Sessions and prices
Book a 60 or 90 minute play session online. Your table is reserved for your session. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
The soft play is for babies and children up to 7, and every child comes with a parent, carer or guardian.

Session bookings are card-only and paid when you book.
Choosing tickets
- Walking child
- Children up to 7 years old.
- Non-walking baby, with play access
- For babies who will be using the play area.
- Baby, no play access
- For babies not using the play area, toys or equipment. If your baby will be playing, please select the Play Access option.
- Older sibling helper (age 8+)
- For children aged 8+ who enter to support a younger sibling. Light use of equipment is allowed, but no rough play or running. The supervising adult is responsible for ensuring safe behaviour, and staff may remove children who put others at risk.
- Adult
- Parents, carers or guardian.
Opening hours
Closed on Tuesdays. The last play session starts at 4:45pm.
Good to know
- Support our café. Session bookings are card-only, but please pay in cash for food and drinks. Thank you!
- A quieter visit. If you prefer a quieter visit, the earliest available slot (09:00) is often a great time to come.
- Seeing “Fully Booked”? Call us on 07717 638041. We may still have limited availability. Card payment will be required to secure the booking.
- Seating requests. Want to sit with a friend? Add their name or booking reference in your notes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
- Table use. Your table is reserved for your 60 or 90 minute play session. Please be ready to leave promptly at the end to allow for the next booking.
- Birthday bookings. Please call us directly, or see birthday parties.
Soft play rules
- For ages 7 and under only. This area is for children aged 6 months – 7 years.
- Socks on, shoes off! No shoes allowed, but socks are a must!
- No food or drinks. Keep snacks and drinks in the café area.
- Play gently. No pushing, hitting, or rough play.
- Supervision required. Parents or guardians must watch their children at all times.
- Respect the equipment. Use the play area safely. No climbing on the outside or jumping from heights!
Cancellation and rescheduling
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible. To help us manage capacity and staffing, our policy is as follows:
- Rescheduling. Bookings can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice or more.
- Refunds. Refunds are available with 48 hours’ notice or more.
- Late notice. Unfortunately, if less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we are unable to offer a refund or reschedule.
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using our play facilities. Children who are unwell should not use the play area.
